Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy – Emma Lancaster
The delivery timeframe consists of two periods:
1. Processing Time (1–2 business days)
Order confirmation, personalization, quality check, and packaging.
2. Delivery Time
Our products are shipped from Asia, so delivery times are longer:

UK: 7–15 business days

Rest of Europe: 10–20 business days

Rest of the World: 15–25 business days
3. Shipping Options
Free Express Shipping for orders over £40.
Orders below £40 incur a £3.99 shipping fee, unless a promotional offer applies.
Important: All packages are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office if unsure.
4. Warehouse Hours
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. Cut-off time is 17:00 GMT.
Address Changes
Address changes are possible only for a short period after placing your order. Please contact our customer service at support@emma-lancaster.uk.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled prior to delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time processing.
Lost or Returned Packages
If a package is lost or undeliverable due to logistics issues, we will send a replacement immediately. Contact our customer service at support@emma-lancaster.uk.
Defective Products
Occasionally, products may be damaged during transit or the wrong item delivered. We will send a replacement at no extra cost the first time. If the replacement does not arrive correctly, a full refund will be issued.
